عموماً طلباء کسی نہ کسی لڑکی کو منہ بولی بہن بنا لیتے ہیں جبکہ بعض اوقات لڑکیاں کسی لڑکے کو منہ بولا بھائی بنا لیتی ہیں۔ یہ کلچر اب بہت تیزی سے معاشرے میں پھیل رہا ہے،،،،
اب تو لڑکا لڑکی ایک دوسرے کے ساتھ چپک کر بیٹھے ہوں گے کوئی ٹیچر یا کلاس فیلو پوچھ لے کہ یہ کیا حرکت ہے؟ تو وہ بڑی معصومیت سے جواب دیتے ہیں کہ ہم تو بہن بھائی ہیں،،،
اور دوسرے کو دقیانوس,کٹر,پرانے خیالات کا مالک اور قدامت پسند جیسے القابات دیئے جاتے ہیں!!!!

حقیقت یہی ہے کہ کسی کو منہ سے بہن کہہ دینے سے نہ تو وہ بہن بن جاتی ہے اور نہ ہی منہ سے بھائی کہہ دینے سے وہ بھائی بن جاتا ہے۔ وہ لڑکا اور لڑکی ایک دوسرے کے لیے غیر محرم ہی ہیں اور ان کا ایک دوسرے کو touch کرنا اور تنہاء بیٹھنا حرام ہے،،،
جو بھی آپ کو بہن بنانے کی کوشش کرے پہلے اس کو بولیں کہ اپنی بہن کو میرے بھائی کی بہن بناو ،،،، پھر ایک دم اس کی غیرت جاگ جائے گئی،، وہ آپ کو دنیا کا غیرت مند انسان نظر ائے گا،، پھر جو جواب ملے اس پر آپ بھی فیصلہ کر لینا!!!!!

کرکٹ میں آج سے ’نیا قانون‘ چلے گا
آئی سی سی نے بین الاقوامی کرکٹ کے لیےمتعدد نئے قوانین متعارف کرادیے‘ جن کا اطلاق آج سے ہورہا ہے‘ پاکستان اور سری لنکا کی سیریز نئے قوانین کے تحت کھیلا جانے والا پہلا انٹرنیشنل ایونٹ ہے۔
نئے قوانین پاکستان اور سری لنکا کے ساتھ ساتھ جنوبی افریقا اوربنگلہ دیش کی سیریز پر نافذ العمل ہوں گے جبکہ بھارت اور آسٹریلیا کے درمیان ہونے والی ون ڈے سیریز پرانے قوانین کے تحت کھیلا جانے والا آخری ایونٹ ہے۔
آئی سی سی کے نئے قوانین
بلے کے حجم، رن آؤٹ کے نئے قانون اور جھگڑالو کھلاڑیوں کو ریڈ کارڈ دکھا کر میدان سے باہر کرنے سمیت کئی دیگر قوانین کی منظوری دی گئی ہے۔
ہر ٹیم اب چھ متبادل کھلاڑیوں کے ساتھ کھیل سکے گی‘ اس سے قبل یہ تعداد چار تھی ۔ یعنی اب15 رکنی اسکواڈ کے بجائے 17 رکنی اسکوا ڈ ترتیب دیا جائے گا۔
بلے اور گیند کے توازن کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے کرکٹ بیٹ کے سائز کی حد بھی مقرر کردی گئی ہے۔ بلے کی چوڑائی اور لمبائی میں تبدیلی نہیں کی گئی تاہم اس کے کناروں کی موٹائی 40 ملی میٹر اور کسی بھی جگہ سے زیادہ سے زیادہ موٹائی کی حد 67 ملی میٹر ہو گی، امپائرز کو بلے کا حجم ماپنے کے لیے خصوصی آلہ دیا جائے گا۔
وکٹ کیپرز اور فیلڈرز کو انجریز سے بچانے کے لیے اسٹمپ کے ساتھ جڑی ہوئی بیلز کے استعمال کی منظوری دی گئی ہے۔ اس طرح کے سسٹم کے استعمال کا فیصلہ میزبان کرکٹ بورڈ کرے گا۔
ٹیسٹ کرکٹ میں اگر وقفے سے 3 منٹ قبل وکٹ گرے گی تو امپائرز کو وقفہ کرنے کا اختیار ہو گا، اس سے قبل یہ دورانیہ 2 منٹ مقرر تھا۔
ٹی ٹونٹی انٹرنیشنلز میں اگر ایک اننگز 10 سے کم اوورز تک محدود ہو تو ہر باؤلر کیلئے کوٹہ کم از کم 2 اوورز ہو گا اور اگر میچ 5 اوورز کا بھی ہوا تو 2 باؤلر دو دو اوورز کروا سکیں گے۔
نئے قوانین کے مطابق باؤنڈری پر کیچ کو بھی قانونی قرار دیا گیا ہے، اب فیلڈرز جو کہ باؤنڈری پر ہوا میں جا کر گیند کو تھام کر دوبارہ اندر پھینکتے ہیں ان کیلئے ضروری ہو گا کہ وہ باؤنڈری کے اندر رہتے ہوئے ہی اسے دوبارہ تھام لیں بصورت دیگر وہ باؤنڈری تصور ہو گی۔
رن آؤٹ قانون میں بھی بنیادی تبدیلی کی گئی ہے، اگر بیٹسمین کا بیٹ ایک بار کریز کو چھو جائے اور اس کے بعد اگر زمین سے نہ بھی چھوئے تو رن آؤٹ نہیں ہو گا۔
اب اپیل واپس لی جاسکے گی اور امپائر میدان چھوڑے ہوئے بلےباز کو اگلی بال سے قبل واپس بلاسکیں گے۔ اس سے قبل جب ایک بلے باز میدن چھوڑدیتا تھا تو اسے کسی صورت واپس طلب نہیں کیا جاسکتا تھا۔
اس کے علاوہ فیلڈر یا وکٹ کیپر کے ہیلمٹ سے گیند ٹکرانے کے باوجود اگر کیچ تھام لیا جائے تو بیٹسمین کو آؤٹ قرار دیا جائے گا کیونکہ نئے قوانین کے تحت ہیلمٹ لازمی جزو بن چکا ہے اور اسے کھلاڑی کے جسم کا حصہ ہی تصور کیا جاتا ہے۔
کھیل کے دوران استعمال کی جانے والی ناجائز تدابیر ‘ جیسا کہ بلے باز کا دھیان بٹانا ‘ اس پر امپائر کی جانب سے جرمانہ عائد کیا جاسکتا ہے‘ یا جان بوجھ کر نوبال کرانا – اس صورت میں کھلاڑی کو پوری اننگ میں باؤلنگ سے روکا جاسکتا ہے۔
تازہ قوانین میں سب سے اہم یہ ہے کہ ڈسپلن کی سنگین خلاف ورزی پر اب امپائرز کھلاڑی کو میدان بدر کرسکیں گے اور امپائرز کو جھگڑالو کھلاڑیوں کو ریڈ کارڈ دکھا کر میدان سے باہر بھیجنے کا اختیار حاصل ہو گا۔ یہ قانون ضابطہ اخلاق کی درجہ چار کی خلاف ورزی پر نافذ العمل ہوگا‘ باقی ایک سے تیسرے درجے تک آئی سی سی کا کو ڈ آف کنڈکٹ نافذ العمل رہے گا۔
اس کے علاوہ ڈی آر ایس میں ایک اور اہم تبدیلی کی گئی ہے اور ٹیم کی جانب سے کی جانے والی ٹی وی امپائرز کال پر فیصلہ تبدیل منہیں ہوتا‘ تو چیلنج کرنے والی ٹیم کا ریویو ضائع نہیں ہو گا۔
علاوہ ازیں ٹیسٹ میچ کی اننگز میں 80 اوور کے بعد ڈی آر ایس ٹاپ اپ ختم جبکہ ٹی ٹوئنٹی کرکٹ میں بھی ڈی آر ایس کا استعال کیا جائے گا۔

لاہورمیں 9 محرم الحرام کا مرکزی ماتمی جلوس پانڈو اسٹریٹ اسلام پورہ سے برآمد ہوگا جو روایتی راستوں سے ہوتا ہوا امام بارگاہ خیمہ سادات جین مندر پراختتام پذیرہوگا، شہر بھر میں اس حوالے سے سیکیورٹی کے سخت انتظامات کیے گئے ہیں، 2 روز کے لئے دفعہ 144 نافذ کرکے ڈبل سواری پرپابندی لگادی گئی ہے اور کئی شہروں میں آج موبائل فون سروس جزوی اور کل مکمل بند رہے گی۔
اسلام آباد میں مرکزی ماتمی جلوس سیکٹر جی سکس میں واقع امام بارگاہ اثنا عشری سے برآمد ہوگا جو مقررہ راستوں ہوتا ہوا دوبارہ اسی مقام پر اختتام پذیر ہوگا۔ جلوس کے راستوں کو کنٹینرز لگا کر بند کردیا گیا ہے جبکہ جلوس میں داخل ہونے افراد کی سخت جامع تلاشی لی جارہی ہے۔
کوئٹہ میں 9 محرم الحرام کا ماتمی میکانگی روڈ پر واقع امام بارگاہ ناصر العزا سے برآمد ہونے کے بعد اپنے مقررہ راستے سے ہوتا ہوا پرنس روڈ پر واقع امام بارگاہ کلاں پر اختتام پذیر ہوگا، اس موقع پر سیکیورٹی کے سخت انتظامات کئے گئے ہیں اور جلوس کے راستوں کو کسی بھی قسم کی آمدو رفت کے لئے مکمل طور پر بند کردیا گیا تھا۔ پشاور میں علم اور شبہیہ ذوالجناح کا ماتمی جلوس صدر میں امام بارگاہ حسینیہ سے برآمد ہوکر اپنے روایتی راستوں جی پی او لین اور فوارہ چوک سے ہوتا ہوا واپس امام بارگاہ حسینیہ پہنچ کر اختتام پذیر ہوگا۔

Age And Early Life;
Hina Altaf is a twenty five years old VJ turned television actress who is ruling the hearts of people for many years now, since she started acting as a child star. She was born on the 24th of October in 1992 in the metropolitan city of Karachi. She studied from Beaconhouse School System and went on to do graduation from the Iqra University. She is one of those actresses who look much younger than their ages.
